Mountain-Sports on Samos!
Samos is the island of Hera and Pythagoras with many famous ancient sites, the green island with the nicest beaches of the Ägean Sea and the island of rocks, mountains and caves.
Climbing
The island currently has 10 climbing areas with about 100 routes of various difficulties. Many future areas are planned.
Caves & ancient Mines
On Samos you will find countless wonderful caves. It has about 70 stalactite caves, nature caves with small chapels and more than 100 ancient mines.
Trekking & Walking
Samos is an island of numerous trekking routes. The mountains Kerkis and Karvounis offer routes in all difficulties. Samos has an old tradition of walking. There are small foot paths along lonely beaches, in green forests and to the peaks of the mountains.
Mountain Biking & Endurro Trips
Samos is a paradise for bikers and motorbikers. Away from the main roads you find all possibilities of biking sports: small dirt roads on the plains and demanding routes in high mountains.
